Returning Biwaichi Bikes to Non-Biwaichi Bike Facilities

Biwaichi Bike rental bikes can be returned to facilities other than the rental facility.
If you wish to return a bike to a facility other than the Biwaichi Bike (rental facility), please fill out the dedicated form.
Please see below for available facilities.

You can return to the following facilities upon request using the dedicated reservation form.
If you wish to return your bike to a facility other than the rental facility (Bi-Waichi Bike), please usethe dedicated formYou can specify the return facility in the reservation form.

● NAGAHAMA tourism bureau（KINOMOTO tourist information center）※Payments start to be finalized in mid-November（Kinomoto Town, Nagahama City）(※Not available from March 1 to May 31, 2024）
● Kosouan（Kinomoto Town, Nagahama City）
● Okubiwako Makino Grand Park Hotel　※Scheduled to start sequentially（Makino Town, Takashima City）
● Takashima City Makino Trading Center（Makino Town, Takashima City）(※Please note that the card cannot be returned on Tuesdays.）
● Hotel Biwa Lake Otsuka（Minami-Komatsu, Otsu City）(*Not available from March 1 to June 30, 2024)

Rental items must be returned by 17:00 on the day of return.
(Only at Kosoan, the return deadline is 20:00.)
Rental items cannot be returned to facilities that have not been registered at the time of reservation.

How to make a reservation

If you wish to return the bike to a facility other than Bi-Waichi Bike,
please make a reservation using the form below
by 4:00 p.m. one day before the scheduled rental date.

Please check before applying
●Please apply after agreeing to the Terms of Use.
●You may not return the room to a facility that you did not apply for at the time of reservation.
●Reservations must be made by 16:00 the day before. Reservations cannot be accepted after 16:00 the day before.
●We will contact you by e-mail to confirm the availability of your reservation after checking the availability of the bicycles and the facility where you plan to return the bicycles.
●Your reservation will be confirmed by the confirmation email we will send you.
●Please note that this service may not be available under certain circumstances. Please understand this in advance.
●Some options are not available for midway return customers.

Return Policy

Please return the car to the return facility you selected at the time of reservation and be punctual.
We will not be able to accept your return after hours.

Note on Bicycle Bodies

We assume the customer is responsible for any problems (breakdowns, damage, etc.) with the vehicle after it has been rented out.
We are unable to check the condition of the vehicle at the time of return at intermediate return facilities.
Therefore, if there is a problem with the bike, the customer may be charged for repairs at a later date.
Unlike ordinary city bicycles, sports bikes are slender in order to prioritize riding performance.
Please handle them with care during use.

Common Examples

R derailleur hanger bent

Please be especially careful of trouble around the rear transmission.
It may be damaged not only by a fall while riding, but also by a fall while parking the bicycle.
