If you wish to return the bike to a facility other than Biwaichi Bike, please make a reservation via the form below by 4:00 p.m. on the day before your rental start date.

Please check the following before applying.

• Please apply after agreeing to the terms and conditions.
• Returns are not accepted at facilities not specified in your reservation.
• Reservations must be made by 4:00 p.m. on the day before rental. Reservations cannot be accepted after this deadline.
• After applying, we will check bicycle availability and the return facility’s operational status, then notify you by email whether your reservation is confirmed.
• Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email.
• Please note that service may be unavailable depending on circumstances.
• Some options may not be available for early returns.

Please return the bicycle to the selected return facility on time.
Returns will not be accepted if you are late.

After rental, any bike troubles (malfunctions, damage, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Return locations other than the main facility cannot inspect the bike’s condition at return.
Therefore, if there are issues with the bike, repair fees may be charged later.
Sports bikes are built more delicately than regular city bikes to prioritize performance.
Please handle the bike with care during use.
