・Plan fees include helmet, lights, and personal/property liability insurance.
・Changing rooms are available inside the store. Coin lockers (paid, up to 3 days) are also provided on-site.
・Adult rates may incur additional charges depending on bike type and optional extras.
・Child rates apply when renting junior bikes. No additional fee is required for early return if returning to the rental location.
Important Notes
・Reservations are accepted by credit card only.
・On-site payment can be made by cash, various credit cards, electronic payment, or QR code payment.
・Cancellations must be made at least two days in advance.
・For cancellations made on the day before or the day of the reservation, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
・If you do not show up on the day of your reservation without prior notice, the full amount will also be charged as a cancellation fee.Please understand in advance.
・Depending on your spam mail settings (such as rejecting PC emails), you may not receive the reservation confirmation email.
